Visually, theatrically, thematically and electrically charged compositions form the latest evening from the California E.A.R. Unit, the Los Angeles-based adventurous new music ensemble. The program features Miguel Azguime’s On Music: Literally Speaking, Chris Tonkin’s Widdop, Phaetons, Relic; David Dvorin’s As Alice and Shaun Naidoo’s Nothing Left to Burn. California E.A.R. Unit members include violinist Eric KM Clark, percussionist Amy Knoles and pianist Vicki Ray.
