CAFE- Charity Awareness Fair & Expo April 28, 2013

The first annual CAFÉ, Charity Awareness Fair and Expo, will allow students and their parents to meet with over 30 local charities. By showcasing charities with volunteer opportunities available for students, they will learn how they can volunteer, where they want to give their time, and what they can do assist local charities thus building a stronger community while enhancing their own sense of self-worth and character. The actions taken today will begin them on a life long journey of being active participants in their community and giving back to those who so desperately need their assistance. The youth of today possess the enthusiasm, drive, and a general want to help those around them. By harnessing their desire to do good we can build a stronger community today and a brighter future for tomorrow.
