Do you find New Year's Eve an overrated rip off with clubs putting on really mediocre nights and charging you a fortune? F*ck that.

We first had the idea of having a F*ck New Year's Eve party (the night before NYE!) four years ago, baffled by the ridiculous costs involved in celebrating 'the big night' in style. Many promoters tended to put on overrated, overpriced and overfull nights where at the end of the night you inevitably felt like you had been ripped off. The idea took off and pretty much everyone who came to our Anti NYE parties vowed to do it all over again each year, and F*ck NYE totally.

This year, we take over a whopping FIVE roomed venue in Central London. We are planning on going for a whole 9 hours, bringing you the best F*ck NYE party imaginable.

In the Main Room, club founder Dollyrocker will be spinning BDD classics and dancefloor smashes until 3am, when Nikolas Esselle (Together) takes over with forgotten classics and electro gems. Expect a 'hands in the air' mash up of Pop, Indie, Punk, Electro, Garage Rock and good ol' RAVE! Dollyrocker has now taken BDD to over 28 different venues in five years, and the venue for FNYE will be another new one for us. Expect dancefloor euphoria on one of London's top soundsystems.

BDD present F*nk NYE in the second room, taking in everything from P-Funk to Baile Funk, Punk Funk to Jazz Funk so expect to hear James Brown jamming with James Murphy and Curtis Mayfield getting dirty with Bonde Do Role. Joining Pete Wheeler, a regular DJ at The Lock Tavern and Bestival, will be Bongo Dave who has toured as percussionist for the likes of Basement Jaxx and Zero 7. Between them they will be banging through classics and obscurer gems to keep you dancing til the early hours.

In the Buttoned Down Liveshow room we present four of our favourite bands that we showcased in 2007. First on at 11.00pm are London electro pop duo Cassette Electrik, who played a blinding set supporting Dragonette in May. Fresh from support slots with The Human League, the band are back showcasing new material from their forthcoming album, due out in Spring. The Bee Stings play at midnight, a very cool poppy outfit who fit somewhere between Basement Jaxx and Blondie. The Bee Stings opened up for Goose in February, and impressed us greatly with their tight set, as well as really strong songs and great sound. At 1.00am we welcome back Eugene Machine who played for us in October. Their ace combination of brilliant electro pop mixed with hi-nrg sounds and live cowbells are certain to make this night even better. At 2.30am we have a late night show from Manifesto, a dance duo who rocked 93 Feet East for us in September, with their banging yet quite psychedelic anthems. Between and after the bands, Le Greve Generale dj's mash up more genres that you can imagine possible.

Upstairs in the 'secret' top room, we revive for one night only, the legendary clubnight that was Dead Man's Boots! This was a charity clubnight that we ran three years ago, raising £1,500.00 for Help The Aged by playing an old boys record collection, whose son-in-law had sold it in Loot after said DJ had sadly passed away. Now we're back with a whole new (old) bunch of 45's to play once and give away to you lucky punters, so you'll wake up with more than a sore head and a sheepish grin in the morning, you could also wake up next to the 'Swap Shop' theme on original 7".

Just in case that wasn't enough to keep you happy, there is also a cinema room, plus drinks deals until midnight ensuring that you needn't tax your wallet too much at the bar. As with all BDD parties, entry is FREE before 10pm (then £7 after), and entry is strictly invite only.
