Overview: The Business Analysis Certificate Program leverages your business, technical, and operations expertise into business, operations, and project success. In this immersive 7 week program, taught over 14 evening sessions, students will learn how to get the best out of project teams and balance the real conflict between increased governance of all types organizations.
You should attend this course training if you do Business Analyst work such as define and manage requirements in the project management life cycle or systems development life cycle, elicit stakeholder information, define, document, edit, or refine requirements or if you identify solutions for business problems or seek process improvement.
