Burlesque, Lap, and Pole Dancing Workshop July 19, 2007

Exotic Dance is natural and empowering. This three part workshop series will take from the basics of sensual movements, to using a shirt, chair, and yes even a pole to work your magic! If you have wanted to learn the Art of Exotic Dance take part in this fun comprehensive program! Bring your oversized-button up, necktie, and bad girl shoes and get ready to have FUN!

Part 1-BURLESQUE BASICS:While any woman can do exotic dance, not everyone can just jump right in and do it! Learn the basics of burlesque style sensual dance. We will show you how basic wardrobe items and a few extras can take you from flirty to fabulous!

Part 2 - WORK THE CHAIR:Building on the basic moves learned in Part 1, this workshop will incorporate a simple chair into a fabulous routine that is sure to make you feel amazing. While it's best if you have taken Part 1 or any Fit-tease class, you can jump right in and play a little catch up if you need to.

Part 3 - POLE POSITION: Only for the grown and sexy (that means you), we promise that ANY WOMAN can be a Pole Star. Whether you take this as a stand-alone class or have gone through the full series, you will leave with a set of skills on how to work the pole!
