Internal communication training from
simplygoodadvice

simplygoodadvice is helping your learning
this spring with three essential workshops designed to make you and your team
more effective.

Led by Liam
FitzPatrick, the one-day sessions will look at issues being raised by
communicators and will send delegates away with fresh ideas and inspiration.

Building
your intelligence operation 20th May London
Barbican
All day
event 9:30am to 5:00pm with lunch included

Its the
job of an internal communicator to know whats really going on. IC managers who can speak with authority
about what staff are saying around the water cooler get listened to. And if youre stuck in the ivory tower at
head office youre of no use to anyone.

This
workshop looks at how you can use formal and informal tools to make sure that
you are the person managers turn to when they want to know how the organisation
is feeling and what to say next.

In a day we
will explore:

How research matters to internal communicators
What basic data every communicator should know
The informal information gathering tactics that
get results for communicators
Surveys when to use them (and when not)
How to plan a survey and maximise response rates
What questions to ask
Focus Groups essential skills that everyone can
use
Presenting your results to get impact
Personal action planning.

The
workshop is designed for limited numbers so that everyone gets a chance to
discuss their issues and experiences. It
is aimed at IC managers who need to provide feedback to leaders in their
organisation or anyone interested in incorporating better employee reaction
into their evaluation.

Delegates
receive full notes.
