ALOM is a global supply chain company headquartered in Fremont, California. In her quest to build ALOM into one of the largest woman-owned businesses in California, Kain built a culture around achievement, performance and customer focus. She will share tools, secrets and the joy of the journey in building a successful company.
Prior to founding ALOM in 1997, Kain held various executive positions in the packaging industry. She holds three university degrees and is a frequent speaker and author of a popular textbook on market analysis, now in its 4th edition.

She has extensive international management experience. Kain is a board member at National Association of Manufacturers, an officer in Global Supply Chain Leaders Group, and board member at the Women's Initiative.

She has received numerous awards including:
