Build the HYP Gala - 2009 May 9, 2009

Come join hundreds of Austin’s most active, connected and caring young professionals, as we come together again to help in the ongoing crusade against poverty in Austin. The third annual BUILD THE HYP Gala will feature food and drinks (Open Bar) by a myriad of Austin’s best restaurants, live music by Tres Latin Jazz Trio (http://www.myspace.com/treslatinjazz) and a late night dance party with Austin’s infamous DJ Manny (http://www.myspace.com/mannydroid2000).

Last year's event was a smashing success with over 500 attendees, raising approximately $75,000 that went directly to changing lives here in Austin (http://www.youtube.com/austinhabitat). This year the need is greater than ever, and the HYP Gala promises to be even better.

WHY: To build the 2009 HYP House for a local hard working family in Austin

COST: $75 for a single or $135 for a couple until May 7, $90 for a single or $170 for a couple on May 8 & 9 and at the door.

DRESS: Cocktail attire is encouraged... because it's fun to kick off the token Austinite flip flops every once in a while!

OTHER: There will be our unique 'Raise the Roof' silent auction, a traditional silent auction and other great giveaways.
