Harry Truman will make a special appearance at his presidential library on Independence Day. Museum visitors will be able to ask the former president (portrayed by historian and re-enactor Niel Johnson) about the challenges and decisions of his presidency, pose for a photo with Harry, or take in an impromptu press conferences held by Mr. Truman.
