"Budget Fashionista" to speak at Toms River library May 12, 2008

Kathryn “The Budget Fashionista” Finney will share fashion tips and advice on how to maintain a fabulous closet and at the same time a 401k during a special program at the Toms River branch of the Ocean County Library (101 Washington street) 7 p.m. Monday, May 12.

Finney created “The Budget Fashionista” in 2003 from her love of fashion but lack of cash.

Since then she has become an Internet celebrity and her site has become a popular on-line destination. She has also written the best selling book “How to be a Budget Fashionista.”

She has been featured in major print publications and over 50 television features.
