For Continuing Dharma students: The Heart Sutra is perhaps the most well-known and widely studied of all Buddhist sutras and is treasured by millions of Buddhists in Tibet, Japan, Vietnam and China. Its pithy verses capture the key insight of Buddhism: the emptiness of all phenomena, the nature of reality. Join us on Tuesdays for an exploration of the most profound wisdom of the Buddhist tradition.

The Tuesday night class is designed for students who consider themselves practicing Buddhists and who have a sense of refuge in their hearts. The class begins with shared recitation of Refuge and the Four Immeasurables and includes mindfulness meditation and instructions.
