Brompton 200:Civilian Life in a Military Village June 30, 2012

Celebrate Armed Forces Day with a look at a brand new exhibition at the Royal Engineers Museum. This exhibition funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund and curated by members of the local community looks into the impact the Armed Forces, in particular the Royal Engineers, have had on the Village of Brompton for the last 200 years. 2012 celebrates 200 years of a Royal Engineers presence in the Medway Towns, join us in this celebration and after take a look at 'The Corps Today' gallery at the Museum telling the story of Royal Engineers in Iraq and Afghanistan.
