-- Broadway performer Lillie Kae is set to perform songs from her debut album I'm Glad There is You live at Don't Tell Mama on Thursday, December 18 at 8:00 pm. The performance will feature Edward Decker on guitar, Ken Levinsky on piano and Steve Doyle on Bass.

Lillie returns to New York after a successful month of touring in October. The tour kicked off with a bang in New Jersey "wowing” a crowd of over 20,000 and performing alongside Jazz superstar John Pizzerelli (with his big band orchestra) and Jazz/Cabaret star Tony DeSare. The tour also included stops in New York at the Metropolitan Room and New Hope at the recently opened "Harlan's at The Nevermore Hotel."

The " I'm Glad There Is You" show, features the sparsely orchestrated, intimate brand of jazz first popularized by Nat King Cole. Lillie Kae honed this sensibility over the course of her work with celebrated guitarist Bucky Pizzarelli and his protégé, Edward Decker. The result is spare and smoky, featuring renditions of standards such as the single “That's All,” “Day In, Day Out,” and “Talk to Me Baby.” The album also features rarely recorded verses in “What Is There to Say” and “I'm Glad There Is You,” along with other gems from a golden age in American songwriting.

Don't Tell Mama, is located at 343 W. 46TH Street, NYC
