Broad Meadow Brook Day Camp All About Birds August 1, 2011

This week long session is all about the birds. Campers will learn how to identify common birds, use field guides and binoculars. This session features numerous field trips in our van to birding areas such as Burncoat Pond, Drumlin Farm, Great Meadow and Wachusett Meadow. On Friday, we will extend our day to 5 pm as we head to Plum Island to learn about shore birds. - - A limited number of camperships are available to those whose financial situation would not normally allow them to send their children to our day camp program.
