Brisbane Ekka Festival August 6, 2008

For 131 years, the city and country have come together for Queensland’s biggest and best loved annual family event – the Ekka. From the dazzling lights of Sideshow Alley to the unique sight of cattle in the CBD; for ten days each year Brisbane really comes alive.
