The Historical Museum's new exhibition of objects of childhood illuminates aspects of 19th century childhood that are still relevant to parents today, including children's safety, diet, social skills and hygiene. An audio tour is included.

I envy you .. I know that part of town very well .. my school was just up the street .. on Oxford Street .. and as a child we used to have tea at Lewis's on the top floor and listen to Albert Sandler and his trio ..
