The discussion with Monica Viarengo (Farina Focaccia e Ristorante Italiano), Vittorio Viarengo (vivalafocaccia.com) and Giorgio Ghersi (Business Association Italy America) will be moderated by Viola Buitoni, and will be followed by a performance by Genovese guitarist Giacomo Fiore.
