Fort Mason
San Francisco, California

Brian Eno's lecture is the first in a newmonthly series of seminars about long-term
thinking, sponsored by The Long Now Foundation. This is not a concert. Brian will be
speaking about "The Long Now" -- and his talks are as amazing as his music.

The coffee bar opens at 7pm, followed by the lecture at 8pm.

The lectures in this new series will be held every second Friday at Fort Mason.
Future speakers include Peter Schwartz, George Dyson, Laurie Anderson,
Rusty Schweickart, Paul Hawken, Daniel Janzen, and Danny Hillis.

Admission to the lectures is free (a $10 donation is welcome but NOT required).

The hall holds about 700 people. For unticketed lectures like this it's a good idea
to come early for a good seat.
