This Sunday, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Nia instructor, Lesley Tinker, is donating the proceeds from her Sunday morning Nia class to benefit North West Hope and Healing. The class will be held 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. in the Movement Studio of Youngstown Cultural Arts Center in West Seattle. This class is suitable for persons of all ages and levels of fitness. No prior Nia experience is required. Donation: $10, cash or check. Sorry, we can’t accommodate credit/debit cards. We can't wait to see you there! Together, let's move towards hope and healing.

Lesley is a certified Nia instructor teaching at Nia-Youngstown
(http://www.nia-youngstown.com) in West Seattle as well as other venues in Seattle (http://www.nianow.com/classesandevents/show_teacher.php?db_t_id=122 ). A research scientist by profession, she has devoted the last decade to the Women's Health Initiative study, one of the largest women's health studies in the US to date.
