Brave Combo and The Salvation Army Join Forces for Holiday Extravaganza Benefit Concert
At Historic Casa Loma Ballroom on Friday, December 17, 2010

Spectacular Music Plus Great Cause Equal St. Louis’s Biggest Holiday Party
Special Guest, The Javier Mendoza Band will Open the Show

Grammy winning Brave Combo knows how to throw a Christmas party and this year, the Texas based quintet will bring their acclaimed Holiday Show to the St. Louis metro area’s finest dance hall, The Casa Loma Ballroom. And if that combination isn’t enough to have you digging the dancing shoes out of the back of your closet, Brave Combo’s Holiday Party is raising money for a great cause - The Salvation Army - one of the most recognizable and important charitable organizations in the United States. Great music, good cause, incredible dance floor - does it get any better?

Brave Combo’s holiday dance celebration is a surefire way to beat the holiday blues and add an extra bit of zip to the season. Where else will you experience “O, Holy Night” as a cha cha, a rock tinged “Santa’s Polka” or a ska interpretation of “The Christmas Song?” Performing original tunes like “Coal and Switches”, “Christmas in July”, “Hey Little Dreidel” and “Santa’s Polka”, Brave Combo demands everyone experience a very merry holiday season. All proceeds from the event will go to The Salvation Army so it is a great chance to give as well as get a bit of holiday cheer.
St. Louis’ favorites, The Javier Mendoza Band, will lend their talents to the evening as well.
Doors open 7:30pm. Music starts at 8p.m. -12:00am. Cash Bar and appetizers available from Casa Loma Cafe. Tickets are S20 in advance thru MetroTix (314-534-1111) and $25 at the door if not sold out. Casa Loma Ballroom is located at 3354 Iowa Ave, St. Louis, MO 63118. For ticket info go to www.metrotix.com or for more info go to www.casalomaballroom.com
