Brave Combo turns the big 3-0 in 2009 and they are bringing the celebration to Blob’s Park, 8024 Max Blobs Park road, Jessup, MD 20794. The party starts at 8:00 p.m.
In typical Brave Combo fashion the multi-talented quintet has marked this milestone anniversary by exploring “The Exotic Rocking Life” (Dentone Records), recorded a CD of live music with the Mesquite Symphony Orchestra and criss-crossed the USA to perform at clubs, festivals and special events. Paste Magazine, in an article about the music scene in Denton, Texas dubbed the group “The Grand Pooh-bah" of the bands coming out of "little d."
