Bow Wow Wow was formed by impresario producer Malcolm McLaren around 1980, blending a pop mix of tribal drumming, surf guitar and punk sensibility. They scored a huge hit in 1981 with their version of 'I Want Candy.' Original Bow Wow Wow singer Annabella Lwin and bassist Leigh Gorman have drafted No Doubt drummer Adrian Young for this mini-tour, in place of original drummer Dave Barbarossa. Guitarist Phil Gough of the reggae band Common Sense, will fill the role of the late Matthew Ashman, who died of complications relating to diabetes in 1995.
