Event Setup/Seating/Bars

The Back Bay Gala is set up as a social reception with as much seating as possible to allow for ample room for dancing.
Cash bar prices are the same as you would find at any upscale Boston venue with prices ranging from $5-$7 per beer and $6-$12 for cocktails.

Dress code

Formal attire is required (Black Tie optional). Ball gowns, cocktail attire and dark suit are acceptable. No guests will be allowed entry without proper dress. No guests will be allowed entry without proper dress.
Absolutely no jeans, sneakers, inappropriate hats, flip flops, baggy clothes, athletic attire, flannel shirts, t-shirts will be allowed entry.

Special Event Self-Parking in the Seaport Hotel Garage at $19.00 per car

Transportation

Seaport Hotel is conveniently located on Boston’s Waterfront and is accessible by the MBTA via South Station or Silver Line World Trade Center stop.

Your tickets will be waiting for you at the registration table under your name. If you purchased more than one ticket, your guests’ tickets will be held under your name.

Who is Coming?

Young professionals in their 20s, 30s, 40s+…mostly small and large groups of friends looking to have fun and socialize. Our goal is always an even ratio of males to females, and, of course, couples are welcome. Just to clarify, we have many people who attend solo looking to meet others and others that come with 2-20 friends or their significant other. This is a FUN party, and it always attracts a hip crowd.
