With Alcina, BOC brings tropical intrigue to the cold New England winter. The sorceress Alcina’s seductive powers have caused scores of men to fall under her spell, but that changes when one woman decides to fight back. Handel’s opera seria contains heroes and villians, magic and deception, and enough passion to heat up Valentine’s Day Weekend.
