Boston Magazine’s First Annual ‘Battle of the Burger’ Event August 7, 2012

Premiere cook-off brings some of the hottest restaurants and chefs in the city together for the ultimate burger competition!

Boston magazine’s Battle of the Burger event is the ultimate burger cook-off among the hottest restaurants in the city! Over 23,000 votes have been cast online to finalize the top 20 burgers in Boston. Finalists will participate in a live cook-off and at the end of the evening the final Battle of the Burger champion will be announced. Attendees will savor burgers from and meet some of the city’s most esteemed chefs, sip complimentary beverages including Amstel Light, socialize among fellow foodies and weigh in with their vote for the very best burger. Andy Husbands will be autographing his cookbook Wicked Good Barbecue, compliments of Infiniti, and guests will be invited to take a break from all the burger eating in the First Trade Union Bank’s Oasis Spa.

Chefs Jamie Bissonnette and Will Gilson will prepare and serve up their own burgers at the Amstel Light station.
