It's that time of the month, and BOOTIE - the biggest mashup party in the world - is coming up this Friday. This month, we are proud to present, on stage, a live DJ mashup performance from the masterminds of CRFTP (Creative Remixes For The People) - DJs MEI-LWUN and EAN GOLDEN, aka MIXMASTER MAO and FIDELSKI. These two will be DJing together, mashing it up live, with 2 turntables, 2 laptops, 2 mixers ... and one guitar!
Be sure to get there early - not only to get your grubby mitts on this month's new Bootie CD, free to the first 50 people - but also to catch the Bootie house band SMASH-UP DERBY, who will be going on at 10:30 pm SHARP. This month, exotic cabaret star THE INDRA will be joining the band to sing on a couple songs. And bring your lighters for the debut of their new Journey vs. Smashing Pumpkins mashup! You do not want to miss this!
And remember, cover is only $6 before 10:30pm, so get your bootie's there early!
We also have two fabulous mashup performances for you this month! At midnight, from Trannyshack, we're proud to present HEKLINA performing with RUSTY HIPS, and POISON IVY. Also performing later that evening, we are pleased to announce, back from London, it's the return of SUPPOSITORI SPELLING!
Of course, Bootie resident DJs PARTY BEN, ADRIAN & the MYSTERIOUS D and DADA will be spinning throughout the night, and our Bootie-licious go-go dancers will be shaking it right along with you.

The Streets are performing live with special guest Lady Sovereign this Friday, June 9th at the Fillmore. BOOTIE will be hosting the official after-party, which means we'll have lots of Streets goodies to give away – CDs, postcards, posters, and Streets lighters! We'll also be throwing in some Streets and Lady Sovereign mashups throughout the evening! Anyone with a Streets ticket stub gets into Bootie for half-price!
