It's been while since we've had DJ JAY-R in the house, and we're happy to bring him back for another guest DJ set! You probably know his big mashup hit, "My Other Car Is A Beatle," where he mashes up "Cars That Go Boom" with Gary Numan's "Cars," and turns it into a dance floor banger. And trust us, he's got plenty more where that came from!
Our drunken Santa Claus has become a Bootie holiday tradition! This year, Santa will have the 2007 edition of A Very Bootie Christmas, our annual compilation CD of all our favorite holiday mashups! To get one, just wear a Santa hat, and he'll give you a free CD... but you also might have to sit on his lap and get your picture taken!
Adrian has a not-so-secret love of holiday music, and from 10-11 PM, he'll be spinning a set of mashed-up Christmas songs. We promise it will be unlike any holiday music you've heard before ... and you'll be able to dance to it!
Bootie house band SMASH-UP DERBY will hit the stage at 11 PM, and they'll have a few rocked-out Christmas songs to throw into their set, including a reprise of last year's "Christmas Bop," their Ramones holiday mashup, as well as a few other seasonal surprises!
Last year, the kids from Fandango – our favorite camp and bar at Burning Man – turned the upstairs room into Christmas decoration overload! You may remember the giant over-sized ornaments hanging from the ceiling, or maybe the Tecate Tree ... So we're overjoyed to have them back, as they bring their decadent holiday party vibes back to the upstairs room, where they'll be hosting the Fandango Xmas Lounge, featuring DJs MALDEROR, REDSTICKMAN, and STEVE-O.
And trust us, NO ONE'S more fun to party with than the Fandango crew! The upstairs will GO OFF.
One of our absolute favorite go-go dancers, SUZY CUTE, The Indra's usual partner-in-crime, is moving away to Chicago this month. But we're not letting him go just yet – at least not without a midnight mashup show! So this Saturday, we are proud to present Travis D's swan-song performance – and it's a Dresden Dolls mashup! Don't miss it!

Bootie's resident DJs will be a bit jet-lagged this coming Saturday – PARTY BEN has just returned from his month-long European tour, and ADRIAN & the MYSTERIOUS D will have just flown back from playing a DJ gig in Hong Kong. They may be a bit delirious, but they'll still be spinning all your favorite mashups throughout the night. Opening DJ DADA won't be jet-lagged, but he may be functioning on very little sleep, since him and his wife recently had their second baby! (Congrats, Dada!)
Jet-lag be damned! We still plan to throw down some post-travel inspired sets for your dancing pleasure!
