It's REQUEST NIGHT!

A+D and PARTY BEN take your requests all night!

We know we're just asking for it ... but this Saturday, we're doing REQUEST NIGHT! And why not? You guys have been so eager lately with the mashup requests (especially after you've had a few drinks) that we've decided to totally embrace it. Bootie's resident DJs ADRIAN & the MYSTERIOUS D - owners of perhaps the largest collection of mashups in the world - have got a fancy-schmancy iDJ2 mixing controller, which now allows them to easily search their database of over 5000 mashups. We've even roped PARTY BEN into this crazy experiment

So go ahead and request your favorite mashup OR song or artist - if we've got it mashed-up, we'll play it!

At 11 PM, house band SMASH-UP DERBY takes your requests, too!

SMASH-UP DERBY, Bootie's live house band, will be joining the festivities as well -- hell, they were the first ones to do REQUEST NIGHT at Bootie anyway! So call out any mashup from the band's repertoire, and they'll play it! For a complete Smash-Up Derby song list, click on over to their web site, and pick your favorite from over 30 different mashups. Then be at the front of the stage to call it out! Yes, it's always chaos ... but that's why we like it!

Upstairs room: ELECTRO-BOOTIE with guest DJ MYKILL

ELECTRO-BOOTIE is our monthly "club within a club" in the upstairs room, showcasing our love of electro: remixes, bootlegs, mashups, and covers. This month, guest DJ MYKILL will be on the decks, where he'll be joined by resident DJ PARTY BEN. Hey, technically it's not "Request Night" up there, but if you have an electro jam you love, it doesn't hurt to see if they've got it!

Midnight Mashup Show: it's JOHN! JOHN!

San Francisco performer and go-go boyJOHN! JOHN! will be returning to the Bootie stage for the Midnight Mashup Show! It's gonna be so wrong, it can only feel right! And then right after the show....

Dance for the camera on stage for the new BOOTIE VIDEO!

We're making a new BOOTIE VIDEO to play on the big screen at the DNA Lounge, and WE WANT YOU TO BE IN IT!

Ben Estabrook from Motion Pictures SF is teaming up with Susie Cute and Viv Pants to create a new video projection for Bootie, which will be a collage of you guys ... dancing! Show off your best dance moves in front of a green screen on the main stage after the midnight mashup show, and Ben will film it. The footage will then be used in Bootie's new backdrop video! Come on up and show us what you've got!

DJ DADA kicks off the night at 9 PM, and as you know,
we've always got free Bootie CDs for the first 100 people through the door!


Remember, it's only $6 if you get there before 10 PM -- so get there early! We'll see you this Saturday!
