BoomBox consists of two versatile producers, DJs, songwriters, multi-instrumentalists and longtime friends Russ Randolph and Zion Rock Godchaux. Together they develop an electronic blend of vintage Rock and Blues made to move dance floors while incorporating their signature Backbeat, Psychedelia and Funky House sounds.
BoomBox’s first release, Visions of Backbeat, contained the breakout song "Stereo" that built the foundation for their rapidly growing fan base. After years of steady touring and honing their sound, they released their sophomore effort, downriverelectric, and was hailed by critics as a progressive follow up effort. BoomBox are continuously working on new releases, using a blend of programming and live instrumentation with both members on drums, Randolph on keys, and Godchaux on guitar, bass and vocals.
Each live show is unique to the venue and the crowd, who are the driving force of the rhythmic BoomBox experience. “It’s all natural, it’s all in real time, and that’s why it’s Rock ‘n’ Roll”, says Godchaux. Traditional set lists are never created prior to shows, instead, BoomBox chooses the music based on the atmosphere, to create a one-of-a-kind experience for fans. Randolph adds, “We just want to go out with no game plan. That way it’s fresh for us, and we can follow the energy of the crowd. We’re down to get down, and we hope that people are down with us.”

Things have really been heating up for Conspirator following the release of their latest album, “Unlocked – Live from the Georgia Theatre” (April 2012, SCI Fidelity Records), and the solidification of KJ Sawka as their 4th touring member. While 2012 has seen the band enter new markets, larger venues, and the nation’s best festivals, Conspirator has been on the road with both a purpose and passion: bringing their ever-changing take on dance-rock to delighted audiences across the country.

With an arsenal of new material that grows by the day, Conspirator is poised to bring a fresh and unique show to their growing legion of fans each night this fall.

Abakus is an artist project of music producer Russ Davies, who also releases nudisco-electro under the Cinnamon Chasers alias, and progressive rock/ambient with his father Dave Davies (founder of 60s cult act The Kinks) as The Aschere Project. Abakus explores the deeper and more emotionally complex side to electronic music.

His sound draws many influences from old and new, and has become known for being of its own kind: a fusion of breaks, dub, techno, trance and electro. His first album "That Much Closer To The Sun," as Abakus, was released on Liquid Sound Design, the UK record label of veteran producer Youth (Killing Joke/The ORB). In the 6 years since releasing this album, Abakus has built a devoted following of fans globally, which has seen him perform at countless festivals and parties worldwide. Music from this album has been licensed to over 40 CD album compilations on dozens of labels, including: Ministry Of Sound, Cocoon & Bhudda Bar. Abakus has remixed The Orb, Our Man From Odessa, The Perishers, and Roxy Music. The new Abakus album, “Futurism,” is being released in two parts. The first was released in July 2012, and the second part will be released early 2013.

Cinnamon Chasers is the electro/nudisco moniker of producer Russ Davies, described by Juno as "a fusion of Aeroplane, Friendly Fires, Kris Mencace and Alan Braxe, with a dash of Vangelis and Jean Michel Jarre thrown in." Cinnamon Chasers was created as a platform for Russ to explore his lifelong interest for classic synthesizers, retro electro and disco, all fused with a modern and emotive feel and aesthetic. Cinnamon Chasers gained major notoriety with the hit tune and video Luv Deluxe, which won the award at the SXSW Conference for Best Music Video.
