Books, Cooks and Scarecrows February 13, 2012

Come and join in the fun, do some baking in the Barleylands kitchen, sit down and relax during storytime, join in the craft activities and make a scarecrow.
A different book and a different recipe each day. The session will start with a fun cooking session followed by story time. Once your pizza, muffin or scone is cooked you can take it home or eat it there and then!!
Cooking sessions take place daily at 11am, 1pm and 3pm. There will also be extra activities throughout the day in the Farm Park - Hungry Caterpillar Trail, Story time, Craft activity.
Please bring along your old clothes and accessories (hat, gloves, shoes etc) to dress your scarecrow, we will provide the rest. Once you have made your scarecrows we will display them around the farm park for a while and then they will go out into the fields to work. There will also be a competition for the best scarecrow; the winner will win a family ticket.
