Book 'Em Kiddo Story Time: Wheels September 8, 2008

Brought to you by The Joy Troupe, Book 'Em Kiddo Story Times are 20 minutes of structured activity followed by supervised free play. Join us in the meeting room at the John Marshall Library. We have reserved the room, so there is no need to call the library to register.

Please join us as we encourage literacy skills in our little ones- there is no child too young to enjoy a story!

Today's theme is Wheels and the Things that Have Them. This story time will particularly appeal to children from birth to age two, and ages 0-5 with adult are welcome.

Studies have linked early exposure to books with higher test scores once children start school. Recent studies have also shown that children who experience books with their parents pick up social cues from how their parents respond to the story, so come one, come all and let's read!
