THE 20th Annual Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival, Target, WSVN/FOX and Las Olas Merchants Association host the 1ST ANNUAL BOO-TACULAR ON LAS OLAS BOULEVARD October 31, from 6pm to 11pm. Bring the kids in costume to Las Olas Boulevard. Trick or Treat at shops along the boulevard, videotaped screen tests by WSVN of kids in costume, hayrides, balloonman, prizes, costume contest, plus two movies CASPER THE GHOST outside Café Europa and for the kids and for the kid's at heart it's the Beddy Ford Band followed by THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW at the adult stage outside Mangos.
