As part of this day's special tribute to Mexican culture, this band brings the indigenous music of Mexico?s Michoacan region to the Harlem Meer. Bola Suriana has performed on both the national and international scene in Switzerland, Puerto Rico, Norway, Denmark and Chile. The program will also feature Los Pu?hrepecha Danzantes a traditional Michoacan dance troupe.
