Pianist Bob Murphy is a legend on our scene—a seasoned master of the art of jazz piano. A professional musician since the age of 14, Murphy has written and produced music for film, video, and commercials and has often recorded his own compositions for CBC's various national jazz radio programs.

Reflecting the influences of Bill Evans, Keith Jarrett, Miles Davis, Cannonball Adderley, and John Coltrane, among others, Bob has evolved his own highly recognizable personal style. With Doug Stephenson bass and Buff Allen drums.
