During this memorable performance, Lady Day's legendary blues & jazz songs come to life through spoken word; dance styles ranging from ballet to Hip-Hop; & the vocal stylings of Nnenna Freelon. The music of Duke Elllington, Fela Kuti, Nnenna Freelon & Jennifer Holiday & Ronald K. Brown's wildly popular dance piece, "Grace", further enhancing the evening.
