Join us for the 5th annual Bloomin Earth Eco-Fair, downtown Kitchener’s premier Earth Day festival demonstrating the many ways to love the Earth – from re-purposed art to expert advice on sustainable living.

Our visitors will...

* Shop consciously at our Handmade Market of over 100 artists, and locally from market fresh produce vendors
* Create earth-friendly crafts with worskshops from re-MAKE-able and other local groups
* Join in live entertainment from local performers on the main stage, as well as small performer spaces throughout the event.
* See unique recycled creations in the REthreaded Fashion Show, where we will choose the REdesigner of 2011
* Discover innovative & inspired ways of living green

Bloomin Earth began in 2007 when a small craft group, called re-make-able, and the City of Kitchener joined together creating a community event showcasing a mere 20 artists with resources for sustainable living. Over the years the show has grown dramatically reaching 70+ wonderful eco-friendly vendors that respect, educate and entertain. Thanks to this incredible growth Bloomin Earth now attracts over 15,000 festival-goers making for a fun-filled family event right in our downtown core.
