Blackmores Sydney Marathon September 22, 2007

Faster and flatter are the two words to describe that last 3km of the marathon and half marathon course. No longer does the course climb up to Observatory Hill, the course now follows Hickson Rd to the Harbour pathway underneath the Bridge and onto the boardwalk on the Harbour side of the Park Hyatt , along Campbell Cove to the Overseas Passenger Terminal . It then passes through the OPT to the boardwalk on the edge of Circular Quay before taking runners down the path in front of the MCA to Alfred St. Along the footpath in front of Circular Quay Railway Station before running in front of the restaurants along east Circular Quay to the finish line on the Opera House Forecourt.
