Birding Trip: Charles County April 16, 2011

2/3 day. Early songbird migrants, woodpeckers, waterfowl, waterbirds, eagles, hawks, and ospreys. Meet place/time: 7:30 am at Burger King on the right at MD-210 (Indian Head Hwy) & MD-227 (Bryans Road). Areas to include mixed woods, open glades; Smallwood State Park, Mattawoman Creek & Chapman State Park/Potomac River; hiking boots and long pants suggested. Bring lunch.
