Birding the Crane Wildlife Management Area: Bobwhites on the Loose! May 7, 2011

Bobwhites have rapidly disappeared over the past thirty years in Massachusetts, but we think we know where some may be hiding out. We'll take a trip to Cape Cod, just over the bridge, to walk the Crane Wildlife Management Area in search of bobwhites and other birds of the grasslands and forests. We'll listen for the simple call we used to hear so often and so clearly, "bob-WHITE!" Registration is required. Call 781-837-9400 for details.
