Join trained birding guides for a weekly birding walk through the Harlingen Arroyo Colorado ( Hugh Ramsey Nature Park). This early morning walk is for every level of bird watcher, from the newest novice to the most experienced. Each walk is tailored to the experience and abilities of the group. Birds
you might encounter include: Pauraque, Least and Piedbilled Grebe, Harris's Hawk, Grove-billed Ani, Goldenfronted Woodpecker, Great Kiskadee Flycatcher,
Couch's/Tropical Kingbird, Curve-billed Thrasher, Green and Ringed kingfisher as well as Olive Sparrow. These walks are sponsored by Arroyo Colorado Audubon Society (ACAS)and are free to the public.
