Pop-punker four-piece Billy Talent began in Ontario, Canada in 1993 under the name 'Pezz.' When a lawsuit forced the band to change their name in 2001, 'Billy Talent' was born along with a new musical direction that ultimately led to a record deal in 2002. They've release three albums since then, and they now boast a number of successful hit singles as well as a Juno award.
