As a soloist or with his own Late for Dinner Band, Billy Ebeling has been earning raves for the way he play the blues. Over the course of his professional career, Ebeling played with or opened for Brownie McGhee, Red Holloway, Buckwheat Zydeco, Taj Mahal, Keb' Mo', Robert Jr Lockwood, John Hammond, Johnny Johnson, Little Charlie & the Nightcats, W.C. Clark, Tailgators, Rosie Ledet and Wayne Toups.
