Bill O'Connell & Triple Play August 3, 2009

Beginning in 1977 and a two-year stint with the late, great Mongo Santamaria, Bill O'Connell rapidly rose to the top echelon of Latin jazz pianists as a frequent accompanist of (and composer for) Gato Barbieri, Dave Valentin, and Conrad Herwig, to name a few. He's joined by Dave Samuels and Richie Flores.
