BAMP Project presents Comedian Bill Burr live at The Republik on Saturday, January 26, 2013. This is the first comedy show of many to come at Hawaii's newest concert venue, The Republik. Tickets are on sale now at the ticket outlets listed below.

Bill Burr is an American comedian who grew up outside of Boston. You’ve seen him in his recurring role on the second season of Chapelle’s Show, where Bill developed his uniformed comedic style that earned him a regular spot on shows with Letterman, Conan O’Brien and Jimmy Fallon. Bill Burr currently appears on the hit AMC TV show Breaking Bad as Kuby and is filming the Paul Feig female buddy cop project with Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy. He recently completed filming the Al Pacino and Christopher Walken film, Stand Up Guys, also having contributed to the 2011 and 2012 ESPYS.

Bill has one of the most popular comedy podcasts on the web called Bill’s Monday Morning Podcast, which started in May 2007 and it produced over 200 episodes. In fall of 2008, Bill’s first hour special, Why Do I Do This? premiered on Comedy Central and followed by his second hour Comedy Central special, Bill Burr: Let It Go, in September 2010, both receiving raved reviews. At the 2011 Tribeca Film Festival, Bill’s short film Cheat made its world premiere and screened at the 2011 Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal. Bill produced, co-wrote, and starred in the film with fellow comedians Joe DeRosa and Robert Kelly.

On November 11, Bill Burr had his first sold out show at Carnegie Hall and received a standing ovation. He received the prestigious Comedian of the Year Award the following night at Boston Comedy Festival. His shows have been selling out internationally and he continues on his second theater tour of Europe in cities including London, Copenhagen, Oslo, Helsinki, and Stockholm.
