Big Pink - Annual Tribute to the Last Waltz August 17, 2012

The tribute show is based on the documentary/concert film of The Band and their farewell gig captured by Martin Scorsese at Winterland in San Francisco, Thanksgiving 1976. Guests from all periods of their careers were invited to participate including Bob Dylan, Van Morrison, Neil Young, Joni Mitchell, Muddy Waters, Eric Clapton and Paul Butterfield. For the last 6 years the magic has been relived at The Cabooze with 'A Tribute to The Last Waltz - Featuring Big Pink.' The show features some of Minnesota's top entertainers backed by a band made up of the region's most hard working musicians.
