Chef Matt Banks will be demonstrating our Big Green Egg Grill & Smoker. He will be smoking beef brisket and a pork shoulder overnight, and then serving up succulent bits to any and all who visit the store Saturday from 10:00-1:00. He'll answer your questions as well - it's easier than you think to cook restaurant-quality smoked meats. This event is free and open to the public.
