For the sixteenth consecutive year, internationally-acclaimed political satirist Will Durst and friends will leave the San Francisco club scene during the week between Christmas and New Year's Day to tour venues around the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, "bringing comedy to the people" in outlying communities. The show will combine stand-up comedy, improvisation and "semi-written" sketches. Durst will be joined by comedians, Johnny Steele, Jim Short, Steven Kravitz and Arthur Gaus as well as improvisation artists Debi Durst and Mike Bossier.

After opening at the Bankhead Theater in Livermore, the show will continue its tour around the Bay Area. Shows include:
Dec. 26, 7pm-Bankhead Theater, 2400 First Street, Livermore
Dec. 27, 8pm-Hofmann Theatre, 1601 Civic Drive, Walnut Creek
Dec. 28, 7pm-Julia Morgan Center for the Arts, 2640 College Avenue, Berkeley
Dec. 29, 8pm-The Abbey, Hopmonk Tavern, 230 Petaluma Avenue, Sebastopol
Dec. 30, 8pm-Little Fox Theatre, 2215 Broadway, Redwood City
Dec. 31, 8pm-142 Throckmorton Theatre, 142 Throckmorton Avenue, Mill Valley.

"As always, we will mock, scoff and taunt with taste," says comedienne Debi Durst. "An election year is especially rich with material for us and we'll do our best to do it justice as irreverently as possible. As always with live comedy, some language may not be suitable for younger audiences."
