Community Anderson offers Better Breathers Club
The Better Breathers Club is a support group for adults suffering from chronic lung disease, organized through the American Lung Association of Indiana. Club members attend monthly meetings to share experiences, knowledge, ideas and strengths. The group meets on the fourth Wednesday of every month. Meetings include expert speakers, video presentations and roundtable discussions.

The next Better Breathers meeting will be on Wednesday, Sept. 26 at 2 p.m. at Community Hospital Anderson’s Education Center, 1923 N. Madison Avenue. The topic this month is your lungs and how they work. The video “Managing your Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease” will be shown. We will review pursed lip and diaphragmatic breathing. The group will also discuss how to stay healthy this winter.
