The "Leader As" series at UC Berkeley are three of our most innovative, forward thinking, one-day leadership programs.

The Leader as Coach Program (June 9) will train participants to foster commitment and growth in their employees. Participants will experience interactive group exercises, engaging discussions, and real-time coaching sessions with feedback. The primary focus of the program is to help participants develop the skill set necessary to become effective leaders and coaches. Coaching is a one-on-one conversation between leaders and peers that utilizes communication and leadership skills.

The Leader as Communicator Program (June 10) allows participants to gain the tools needed to foster and maintain powerful business relationships through communication. This program uses skills from theater arts to allow participants to become effective communicators and leaders. This includes using the 10 theater-based active communicating skills in exercises that will enhance creativity and leadership communication, as well as the four universal principles of powerful relationships. Participants will experience engaging exercises, lectures, and discussions.

The Leader as Brand Ambassador Program (June 11) trains participants to build a community of excellence and a culture of exceptional customer service within their organizations. The program focuses primarily on the development of soft skills including empathy, honesty, and humanity. These skills help participants focus on representing their organizations with strong principles, while providing excellent service to both internal and external customers. The program utilizes role-play and acting exercises, facilitated discussions, frameworks, and functional tools.

$995 per day.
