Bengali Modern Songs September 12, 2009

The programme will feature an hour long performance of Bengali modern songs by Anasua Choudhury. She would then sing a couple of songs from her new album 'Shukh Thikana' which is to be released by HMV SaReGaMa before Durga Puja. There will also be a short performance of Bengali songs and skits by Jadavpur University alumni. The programme is being organized to thank all those who have contributed to a social cause - a non-profit making organization called Affected Citizens of Teesta
